Business Cancellation & Refund Policy

Purpose
This policy is established to clearly define the procedures and conditions regarding service cancellations and refund requests. It ensures compliance with applicable laws and upholds ethical business practices.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
1.1 Customers may cancel their service in accordance with the terms stated in the agreement by notifying the company at least 7 days prior to the scheduled program start date. If the cancellation complies with the stated terms, a full refund will be issued without any administrative fees.
1.2 If a customer cancels before the start date without meeting the contractual notice period, the company reserves the right to withhold the deposit and up to 30% of the total service fee as stipulated in the agreement.
1.3 If a customer cancels after the program has started, and such cancellation does not comply with the contract, the company reserves the right to refund only the remaining value of unused hours, minus a 30% cancellation and administrative fee, which also compensates for time already allocated by the service provider.
1.4 Refund requests must be submitted in writing or via the company’s official form. The company will evaluate and respond to the request within 7 business days from the date all required documents are received.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
2.1 The company reserves the right to cancel service immediately in cases where the customer violates company policies, such as failing to adhere to training rules or defaulting on payments.
2.2 If the cancellation is initiated by the company (excluding violations), a full refund will be issued for any unused training hours without any deductions.
3. Refund Conditions
3.1 If the customer fails to schedule or attend sessions within the contractual period, and such failure is not due to the company’s fault, the remaining sessions or services shall be deemed fully rendered. No refund will be issued in this case.
3.2 Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date the cancellation is approved by the company.
3.3 Refunds will be made using the original payment method. If this is not possible, the company will contact the customer to discuss alternative refund arrangements.
3.4 The company does not offer refunds for services already rendered, nor for missed appointments or late cancellations that do not comply with the notice requirements set forth in the agreement.
4. Policy Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at its sole discretion. Any changes will apply to new contracts or new customers after the effective date of the revised policy.
